Add and manage user profiles
Learn how to add, manage, and assign roles to users in your Trivity account, controlling access to features based on the created profile.
What is a user profile?
User profiles in Trivity allow you to manage and assign responsibilities within a single account, without the need to create additional accounts or passwords. Each profile is linked to a team member, making it easier to track bookings and actions performed by each person.
View existing profiles
To view the existing user profiles in your account, go to the Settings page in the dashboard. On this page, you’ll find the User Management section, where you can see the different profiles created along with the role label assigned to each one.

User profiles can be either admin or standard, allowing you to know who has full access and who has limited access to the system’s features.
Add a new profile
To add a new user profile in Trivity, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings page in your Trivity dashboard.
- In the User Management section, you’ll see a list of existing users.
- At the bottom of this section, you’ll find a button labeled Add new user.
- Click this button to open the creation form and enter the new user’s name.
- Save the profile to add the new user.
Assign permissions
In Trivity, there are two types of permissions you can assign to user profiles: Standard and Admin. The difference between them lies in the levels of access to the system’s features.
Standard
The profile with standard permission has access to basic functions within the platform. Users with this permission can manage bookings, search for activities, and perform other operational tasks, but they do not have access to advanced settings, such as commission management or account administration.
Admin
The Admin permission grants full access to all system features. Users with this permission have the same capabilities as a standard user, but in addition, they have access to commission management and account administration.
When you create a new user in Trivity, they will be assigned the standard role by default. If you want to grant them Admin access, simply click the icon next to their name in the user list. The platform will prompt you to assign a 4-digit code, which will serve as a password for the user to identify themselves and access administrator functions.
Delete a profile
To delete a profile, an Admin user must click the delete icon next to the user’s name. Upon confirmation, the profile will be permanently removed from the platform.
