How to find the perfect activity for your client

Discover the key steps to find the activity you’re looking for.

Access the list of activities

To get started, access the Trivity dashboard and in the side menu, click on Activities. This will take you to the section where you can see all available activities.

The Activities page displays the available options within a 60 km radius around your tourism ecosystem. If you want to explore activities outside this area, you can use Trivity Connect to find specific activities, even if they are farther from your location.

Use the search bar

Use the search bar to find activities quickly and accurately. You can do this by typing the name of the activity you’re looking for, the provider’s name, a specific location, or even keywords.

Using filters

At the top of the page, you’ll find several filters that allow you to refine your search and find exactly what you’re looking for. These filters can be fully combined, giving you the flexibility to perform a more precise search based on your clients’ needs.

To clear the applied filters, you need to reopen the filter panel and click the "Reset filters" button.

Search results

When you search for activities through the platform, the results will be displayed clearly and in a structured list format. This layout makes it easy to view and compare activities, allowing you to manage the options efficiently.

Each activity shown in the results is represented by:

  • Image carousel
  • Activity title
  • Name of the provider organizing the activity, location, and duration
  • Reviews (if available)
  • Starting price, indicating the initial cost of the activity
  • “Book” button, which allows you to check availability and view more information about the activity

To add an activity to your list of favorites, simply click on the heart icon that appears to the right of the activity name.

View activity availability and information

Through the Book button, you can access availability and view essential details about the activity, such as the general description, pricing, what’s included, and how it takes place. You can also see the available languages for the activity and get information about the payment methods. Additionally, if there are reviews, you’ll be able to access a list of user opinions to help you make more informed decisions.
